The expert will review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care responses and may create specialist healthcare content. The work involves evaluating clinical reasoning, providing precise written feedback, checking accuracy, clarity, safety and prompt adherence, verifying healthcare information, writing model explanations and solutions, and comparing responses for correctness and reasoning quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify errors in clinical assessment, triage, escalation and recognition of red flags, medication-safety fundamentals, patient education, infection control and care planning.
• Create detailed prompts and reference-quality answers on nursing assessment, triage, safety, education and documentation.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, safety, clarity and contextual relevance.
• Test outputs for possible inaccuracies, unsafe guidance and bias across different use cases.

Your Profile

• RN status or an equivalent nursing qualification, with active licensure or registration, or eligibility, in at least one jurisdiction.
• Between 3 and 5 or more years of professional nursing experience in a clinical or community setting.
• Strong assessment and prioritisation skills, including interpretation of vital signs, recognition of red flags, escalation pathways and safe handoffs.
• Sound understanding of common disease processes and nursing interventions in acute or outpatient settings.
• Excellent attention to facts, unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications or precautions and inappropriate advice, with at least C1 English proficiency.
• Ability to assess internal consistency in timelines, symptoms, monitoring frequency and nursing-level checks of dosing logic, along with suitability for emergency-department, ward and outpatient settings.
• Reliability, self-direction and consistent delivery in an hourly remote workflow across time zones.
• Experience with AI data training or annotation, clinical-documentation review, utilisation review, nursing education or healthcare editorial quality assurance is strongly preferred.
