Develop AI Training Content

Responsibilities include:

• Creating detailed prompts across different chemistry topics
• Developing responses to support AI learning
• Helping ensure AI models demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects
• Writing high-quality chemical explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods

Optimise AI Performance

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing AI-generated responses
• Evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving
• Assessing solutions for accuracy and clarity
• Checking adherence to prompts
• Identifying errors in calculations and methodology
• Identifying errors in conceptual understanding

Your Profile

Candidates for this Chemist – AI Training role should have:

• An MS or PhD in Chemistry or a related field from a high-ranking university
• Strong knowledge of chemical reactions and stoichiometry
• Strong understanding of organic reaction mechanisms
• Knowledge of analytical methods
• Strong understanding of physical and quantum chemistry
• Expertise in fact-checking information using public sources across multiple domains
• Ability to communicate chemistry concepts clearly
• Ability to translate advanced chemical theory into real-world solutions
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Excellent English writing skills
• An interest in applying chemical reasoning to evaluate and improve AI capabilities

A background in research, analytical writing, debate, programming, or chemistry is preferred.

Experience with data labelling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation is considered a bonus.

For PhD holders, candidates should have experience developing or critically reviewing complex chemistry content, such as:
