This Monitoring Evaluation Specialist job works closely with program leadership and partners to collect program data, develop MEL frameworks, and support adaptive learning processes that improve program outcomes.
The role also contributes to program reporting, partner capacity building, and evaluation activities.
The Monitoring Evaluation Learning Coordinator supports the development of program MEL systems and frameworks.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the development of country-specific program logic and MEL plans
Aligning country MEL frameworks with the broader Pacific Australia Skills program strategy
Consulting with partners to design appropriate monitoring systems
Supporting documentation of MEL methodologies and program indicators
The MEL Coordinator International Development role also involves collecting and analysing program data.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing surveys and assessments with learners and employers
Conducting organizational capacity assessments
Collecting program monitoring data and case studies
Entering and managing data in the program’s Management Information System
