Oxfam in Timor-Leste is commissioning research to understand how marginalized groups, including women, youth, and persons with disabilities participate in local decision-making on rural infrastructure investment. The study will use a ‘Participatory Rural Appraisal’ approach to document their involvement in planning and prioritizing infrastructure under the Government’s National Program on Suco Development and the Municipal Integrated Development Program.
The indicative budget for this task is 10,000 USD including all taxes
